Wordle Replay: Play Past Wordle Puzzles Again

Missed a day of Wordle? Want to replay an old puzzle? Or simply curious how you would have done on a Wordle from months ago?

With Wordle Replay, you can go back and play previous Wordle puzzles whenever you want.

Choose a past date and see if you can solve that day's Wordle in six guesses.

What Is Wordle Replay?

Wordle Replay lets you play previous Wordle puzzles that have already been published.

Each puzzle works just like a normal Wordle:

  • You have six guesses.
  • The answer is a five-letter word.
  • Green letters are in the correct position.
  • Yellow letters are in the word but in the wrong position.
  • Gray letters aren't in the answer.
  • Your goal is to find the answer in six guesses or fewer.

The difference is that you're playing a puzzle from the past instead of today's Wordle.

How to Replay a Previous Wordle

To replay a Wordle puzzle, open the Wordle Replay page and select a date.

You'll then be taken directly to that day's puzzle.

Start guessing just like you would with the daily Wordle.

Can You Play Wordle More Than Once a Day?

Yes. With replay, you aren't limited to playing just one puzzle.

You can play multiple previous Wordle puzzles in a single session and practice as much as you want.

This makes Wordle Replay particularly useful if you're trying to improve your solving strategy.
