Is LinkedIn's New Game Called WEND?

LinkedIn's upcoming game teaser logo (The teaser logo shared ahead of LinkedIn's upcoming game launch.)

LinkedIn announced that a brand-new game is launching tomorrow.

I've been staring at the logo and one word keeps coming to mind: WEND.

If you're not familiar with it, wend means to travel or move along a particular path. It's not exactly a common everyday word, but it feels like the kind of word puzzle creators would love.

The arrows in the logo are what caught my attention. They seem to suggest movement or direction rather than simply finding words. That's what made me wonder whether the game could involve following a path through a grid or connecting letters in a specific order.

My first thought was: what if it's a word version of ZIP?

Maybe instead of connecting numbers or following a route, you're navigating through letters to form words. Or perhaps you're trying to reach a target word while following certain movement rules. The word "wend" would fit that kind of gameplay perfectly.

Of course, this could all be completely wrong.

For all I know, the arrows are just part of the logo design, and tomorrow we'll discover the game is something none of us predicted. That's usually how these things go.

Still, making predictions before launch is part of the fun. Right now, WEND is my best guess.

We'll find out tomorrow whether the clues were actually pointing us in the right direction or whether I've just spent too much time overthinking a few arrows.

What do you think? Is WEND a possibility, or do you have a different theory?
